At MagnaFlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items securely in their packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
